HR Specialist

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining employee data accurately, whether through software or Excel. This includes keeping track of attendance records for all employees, including details of paid leave, unpaid leave, sick leave, and maternity leave. You will also be in charge of maintaining salary details, ensuring all components are correctly broken down. Your duties will extend to overseeing the receipt of all necessary documents related to Full & Final Settlement and generating various employee letters throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, you will need to ensure compliance with medical insurance regulations and organize new employee orientation and training programs. Another key aspect of your role will involve handling end-to-end exit cases, managing escalations for employee grievances during exits, and overseeing the HRIS for on-roll employees. It is imperative that all grievances are addressed within a specified timeframe and resolved efficiently. Moreover, you will be responsible for organizing office events and festivals, fostering HR connects with employees, and demonstrating proficiency in managing employee provident fund and medical insurance matters. The ideal candidate should possess a resourceful and problem-solving attitude, a comprehensive understanding of HR procedures and policies, and at least 5 years of experience as an HR Executive. Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management abilities, and expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint are essential for this role. Additionally, experience in executing core HR and engagement processes while collaborating with a team will be advantageous.
