HR Specialist

As an HR Executive, your role will involve various responsibilities such as: - Maintaining data in software or Excel for efficient record-keeping. - Keeping track of attendance records for all employees, including different types of leaves. - Managing salary details and break-ups for each employee. - Ensuring all supporting documents are received for Full & Final Settlement. - Generating employee letters throughout their lifecycle. - Ensuring compliance with medical insurance regulations. - Organizing and conducting new employee orientation and training programs. - Sharing notice buyout calculations for resigned employees. - Overseeing and optimizing the HRIS function. - Managing end-to-end exit cases and handling employee grievances related to exits and HRIS. - Addressing grievances within specified timelines and providing resolutions. - Organizing office events and festivals. - Establishing HR connects with employees. - Handling Employee Provident Fund and Medical Insurance processes. - Demonstrating resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of HR policies. - Having at least 5 years of experience as an HR Executive. - Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Executing core HR and engagement processes effectively while leading or working with a team. - Demonstrating proficiency in people and relationship management. - Showing expertise in stakeholder management. - Having advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
