Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between

  clients, sales teams, and development teams

  .
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Manage client expectations, handle queries, and ensure seamless communication during the product lifecycle.
• Prioritize product features and maintain the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Development, QA, Marketing) to deliver high-quality LMS features on time.

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams

  including

  Developers, QA Engineers, and Designers

  to ensure product delivery within timelines and quality standards.
• Take important and better decisions when required to maintain product delivery timelines and quality.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify product gaps and opportunities.
• Create detailed

  Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), BRD, FRD

  , user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define

  KPIs

  to measure product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing, and launch to continuous improvement.
• Drive product innovation by suggesting new features and enhancements based on data insights.
• Lead product demos, client presentations, and stakeholder meetings.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a

  Product Manager in Learning Management Systems or EdTech products

  .
• Strong understanding of

  AI.

• Strong understanding of

  Agile methodologies

  and any product management tools.
• Exceptional

  communication, negotiation, and client management

  skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and understand software development life cycle.
• Hands-on experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Leadership mindset with the ability to

  take ownership and drive outcomes

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  market trends, competitor products, and user behavior in EdTech

  .
• Data-driven mindset with experience using

  Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools

  .
• Basic knowledge of APIs, cloud technologies, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience in
