Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and recommend data-driven solutions that deliver business value. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to bridge the gap between IT and the business. Key Responsibilities: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers. Assist in solution design and participate in testing, training, and implementation. Create and maintain documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user manuals. Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues. Support change management activities and ensure solutions align with business goals. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (typically 36 years). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
