Job Description

Major Responsibilities & Deliverables: • Lead the development of innovative and data-backed digital brand strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, aligning with their business objectives and revenue goals. Play a pivotal role in new business pitches, leading the strategic development for prospective clients. • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations. • Develop compelling brand narratives and value propositions that resonate with target audiences across all digital touchpoints. • Possess a comprehensive understanding across all core digital marketing services, including Digital PR, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Creative and Design, Influencer Marketing, SEO and Performance Marketing. • Manage, mentor, and train a team of 8-10 digital strategists and specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence. • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional agency services. • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with CMOs, CXOs, and other senior stakeholders at client organizations. • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI. • Develop and present comprehensive reports demonstrating the impact of digital strategies on key performance indicators (KPIs) and client revenue. • Bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to client strategies and internal agency processes. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. • 8-12 years of progressive experience in digital marketing strategy within a digital agency environment. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated digital brand strategies for diverse clients. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. • Proven leadership and team management experience. • A strong portfolio showcasing successful digital brand strategies and campaign outcomes.
