Practical skills with solid hands-on real-world experience are a must for this role/candidate. Responsibilities: Oversee and/or perform the development and deployment of complex ServiceNow solutions. Lead the development, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow integrations. Drive the implementation of best practices and standards for ServiceNow development. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables. Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for critical ServiceNow issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Expert proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Glide Records, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules. Experience with creation of workflows using Workflow Editor, Flow Designer and Workflow Studio. Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations, including web services, ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, and other protocols. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Experience with Agile Development, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies. Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams. Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities. Minimum certification level of ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA)
