As Product Manager at AIMLWare , you will oversee and coordinate our internal teams working on product development, testing, and support. This is a management-focused role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, plus a good understanding of IoT technologies. You’ll keep projects on track, resolve obstacles, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement. Location: Mysore, India Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, QA, support) to deliver IoT products on time. Monitor project progress, manage resources, and resolve issues to keep everything running smoothly. Align product development with business goals and customer needs. Act as the main link between technical teams and senior management, ensuring clear communication. Improve processes for development, testing, and support to boost quality and efficiency. Understand IoT technologies and industry best practices to guide and support your teams. Track project metrics and team performance to drive accountability. Ensure documentation and compliance with industry standards. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years’ experience in product management, project management, or team leadership, ideally in IoT or tech companies. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. High-level understanding of IoT systems and product development (no coding required). Excellent communication and people skills. Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset. Experience with project management tools (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Willingness to keep learning and stay updated on industry trends. Good to Have Experience in industrial automation, energy management, or similar fields. Familiarity with cloud platforms and IoT data analytics.
