Product & Placement Strategy Identify product and pricing gaps in collaboration with Sales & Specification teams. Define clear product positioning and specification enhancements to create a competitive edge. Gather market and internal feedback to refine offering. Profitability & Mix: Create schemes to promote profitable product mix. Monitor and respond to competitor pricing and strategy. Drive product USPs through internal teams and specifier market engagement. Optimize cost structures through collaboration with D&D and SCM. Portfolio Management: Build and own a long-term product roadmap aligned with organizational goals. Rationalize SKUs and conduct regular product audits. Communicate roadmap effectively across departments and leadership. Forecast and manage marketing budgets.
