CAM Programming: Lead the CAM programming efforts for multi-axis CNC machines (3-axis, 4- axis,5-axis) using Siemens NX for aerospace components, ensuring high-precision machining and reduced cycle times. To drive profitable sales growth and increase market share of the company's portfolio of products and services Build sales strategy (including forecast/plans) aligned to company's strategy. Drive business of assigned region/ accounts to achieve annual growth & profitability targets. Engage with the leadership team of top customers and dealers to market product offerings and value propositions. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Maintain excellent relationship with customers, dealers and other stakeholders Inorganic business growth through new products, offerings and customers Strong technical acumen and market knowledge Fixture Design & Tooling: Lead the design and optimization of fixtures using the 3-2-1 principle and analysing Degrees of Freedom to ensure secure, repeatable, and accurate setups for high-precision aerospace parts Other Requirements Knowledge / Skills (Technical Skills / Soft Skills etc.) / Abilities / Desired Attributes MS OFFICE/CAD/CAM/CNC programming Knowledge is Must CAM Programing and Analyze 3D solid models and technical drawings to assess manufacturability and define the optimal machining process for aerospace components. IT literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential to produce necessary reports and other documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good communication skills. Able to deliver clear and concise message to stakeholders and team members. Good team spirit. Able to collaborate with other team members. Independent and proactive, able to take ownership and complete tasks assigned with integrity. Good time management and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced with self- motivation and determination.
