Product Leader (0→1) — On-site, Hyderabad | Full-time

Role Summary

We’re hiring a visionary Product Leader who loves building from first principles. If you thrive in ambiguity, rapidly spot whitespace, and can mobilize cross-functional teams to turn bold ideas into shipped products, this role is for you. You will own the 0→1 journey—setting strategy, validating product–market fit, and establishing the operating foundation for long-term, scalable growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Discover & Validate:

    Uncover unmet customer needs, explore white spaces, and validate opportunities via research, experiments, and rapid prototypes.
  • Vision & Strategy:

    Define a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • 0→1 Execution:

    Lead end-to-end delivery—from ideation and MVP scope to testing, iteration, launch, and early scale.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:

    Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and GTM to ship innovative products at speed.
  • Customer-Centricity:

    Build deep user empathy and systematically feed insights into product decisions.
  • Metrics & Learning:

    Set success metrics, track adoption/engagement, and pivot quickly based on signal.
  • Scale Foundations:

    Put in place the frameworks, systems, and rituals that enable scale post-PMF.


Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Product Management or adjacent roles, with end-to-end ownership of new product initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven 0→1 shipping experience (founder, early-stage PM, or intrapreneur ideal).
  • Analytical, hypothesis-driven decision-maker comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling; able to inspire teams and influence executives/customers.
  • Hands-on with user research, rapid experimentation, and MVP development.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership around a bold vision.
  • Experience in Health Tech, AI, FinTech, SaaS, or consumer apps.
  • Background in startups/venture building/incubators is a plus.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate closely with engineering.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product tools.
  • Track record of launches with measurable business impact.
