Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company’s long-term product strategy and quarterly roadmap.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of products — from concept to launch to scaling.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing product management team.
• Ensure product scalability, reliability, and high quality in development.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities in the payments and fintech ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with technology, operations, sales, and leadership teams to align business goals.
• Monitor product performance metrics and take data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in a senior or leadership role in the payments industry.
• Proven experience in building and scaling payment gateways, merchant acquiring systems, or payment service providers (PSPs).
• Strong understanding of payment protocols (ISO 8583, EMV, PCI), APIs, and third-party integrations (Stripe, Adyen, Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
• Expertise in product strategy, market analysis, and product development methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Data analysis skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• In-depth industry knowledge of payments, fintech, and market trends.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how products drive business growth.
