BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

Product

KRAs

Design System Development & Maintenance

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable design system that supports multiple products and brands.
• Ensure that all UI components are reusable, adaptable, and align with brand guidelines while promoting design consistency across products.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that design components are translated effectively into functional code.

UI/UX Design

• Lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered designs across web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Design and iterate on high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively
• communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to drive continuous improvements in the user interface and user experience.
• Work on responsive and adaptive designs that cater to multiple devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent experience across all platforms

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
• Communicate design ideas and systems clearly to cross-functional teams, promoting adoption and consistent usage of the design system.

Mentorship & Support

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow their skills in UI/UX
• design and design system implementation.
• Support teams in understanding and leveraging the design system for their projects.

YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

• Experience

  : 3+ years

  of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on design systems and component libraries

  .

• Design Tools:

  Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Package, and prototyping tools.

• UI/UX Skills

  : Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design, prototyping, and delivering high-quality UI/UX solutions.

• Design Systems

  : Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems, including pattern libraries, style guides, and reusable components.

• Development Collaboration

  : Ability to work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of design components.

• Collaboration

  : Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.

• Agile

  : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within an Agile framework is a plus.
