We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer with 2 to 7 years of experience to spearhead the learning experience across our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for design and be able to craft intuitive pathways for users to navigate lessons.

Roles and Responsibility

Own the user experience across the learning experience, including the choreography of different modules users encounter as they work through lessons.
Create high-fidelity UI, icons, prototypes, and written process and documentation.
Collaborate with product managers to influence overall product strategy and roadmap.
Work closely with other designers on the team to expand design systems that work beautifully across web and native mobile apps.
Write product and functional requirements for new features and journeys on the learning engine.
Run product and user-experience experiments to continuously improve and add to the learning engine.

Job Requirements

Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices is required.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other prototyping tools is essential.
Experience in crafting interactive design elements and understanding of the latest interactivity trends is necessary.
Strong visual design skills, including iconography, typography, color theory, and composition, are expected.
Ability to translate user feedback and insights into actionable design improvements is crucial.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed to articulate design decisions and gather feedback.
Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with user testing methodologies and the ability to incorporate findings into designs.
Familiarity with tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Linear, Intercom, Plateau, and Mi
