Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Designer role located in Dadri. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating innovative product designs, conducting user research, and applying design thinking principles to solve problems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful and highly functional flooring concepts while ensuring superior visual design and user-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Visual Design and Product Design principles
• Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies for problem-solving and innovation
• Experience in User Research and UX Research to understand customer needs and behaviors
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate customer insights into innovative and market-leading designs
• Experience in the luxury goods or interior design industry is a plus
• Proficiency in design tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, User Experience, or a related field
