The Product Designer will be responsible for creating innovative product designs, conducting user research, and applying design thinking principles to solve problems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful and highly functional flooring concepts while ensuring superior visual design and user-centered outcomes. Qualifications Strong expertise in Visual Design and Product Design principles Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies for problem-solving and innovation Experience in User Research and UX Research to understand customer needs and behaviors Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to translate customer insights into innovative and market-leading designs Experience in the luxury goods or interior design industry is a plus Proficiency in design tools and software Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, User Experience, or a related field
