Job Description: We’re looking for a dedicated and communicative Customer Support Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve assisting with post-purchase queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and friendly manner. Provide accurate information about orders, deliveries, installations, and basic product details. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, installation) to ensure timely customer resolutions. Maintain customer interaction logs, feedback, and service records using Excel and CRM tools. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close issues effectively. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in customer support or service roles. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM/email platforms. Patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset. Other Details Full-time position based in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. Weekend availability is required (including Sundays).
