Job Description:

We’re looking for a dedicated and communicative Customer Support Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve assisting with post-purchase queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide accurate information about orders, deliveries, installations, and basic product details.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, installation) to ensure timely customer resolutions.
• Maintain customer interaction logs, feedback, and service records using Excel and CRM tools.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close issues effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or service roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM/email platforms.
• Patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Other Details

• Full-time position based in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad.
• Weekend availability is required (including Sundays).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
