We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic + UI Designer with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, UI/UX, and a passion for creating innovative user experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Illustrate design ideas from product requirement documents, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Develop and improve product wireframes and overall brand style guides.
Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, icons, and widgets.
Create original graphic designs, including images, posters, sketches, and tables.
Conduct layout adjustments based on feedback and prepare/present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Maintain design style consistency across different devices, designs, and mediums.

Job Requirements

Experience in UI and graphic design with a strong portfolio.
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, and Quartz.
Knowledge of color theory and basic understanding of front-end languages like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Creative problem-solving mindset and experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Veed.io, Linear, Intercom, Plateau, and Miro.
A strong belief that a team is greater than the sum of its parts
