Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously to drive outcomes within often tight deadlines or quick turnaround times. Ability to communicate, written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams. Ability to design applications including web, desktop, and citizen development frameworks using key principles of universal design and assistive technology. Ability to investigate new approaches for integration into the UX roadmap, including AI capabilities, etc. Proficient in design thinking to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problem and create innovative solution to prototype and test. Proficient in user experience providing meaningful and relevant experiences to users, including aspects of branding, design, usability and functions. Willing to enhance skills with cutting edge technology and tools to stay competitive in the industry. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree. 6 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualification: UX Master UX certification. Bachelors degree in UX Design, or related industry.
