We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Content & Community Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience driving growth and engagement across multiple touchpoints and channels.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to drive user growth, engagement, loyalty, and monetization.
Own all non-paid lifecycle marketing channels, including enhancing existing channels and expanding into new ones.
Lead the creation and execution of compelling, on-brand campaigns, collaborating closely with designers.
Collaborate with marketing, product, growth, and content teams to develop cross-channel campaign strategies that drive product engagement and growth.
Identify and run A/B tests in segmentation, messaging, timing, channels, etc., to optimize and continuously improve performance.
Set measurable goals and track/report performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and strategic recommendations for optimization.
Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to leadership.
Drive community engagement to generate organic interest in the product from instructors and learners.

Job Requirements

Strong communication skills in both written and oral form.
Deep understanding of social media management and content creation, backed by a robust portfolio.
Proficiency in generating various formats of content from a single source document.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) is a plus.
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Veed.io, Linear, Intercom, Plateau, and Miro.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
A strong belief that a team as a whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
