Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Content & Community Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience driving growth and engagement across multiple touchpoints and channels.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to drive user growth, engagement, loyalty, and monetization.
  • Own all non-paid lifecycle marketing channels, including enhancing existing channels and expanding into new ones.
  • Lead the creation and execution of compelling, on-brand campaigns, collaborating closely with designers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, growth, and content teams to develop cross-channel campaign strategies that drive product engagement and growth.
  • Identify and run A/B tests in segmentation, messaging, timing, channels, etc., to optimize and continuously improve performance.
  • Set measurable goals and track/report performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to leadership.
  • Drive community engagement to generate organic interest in the product from instructors and learners.
Job Requirements
  • Strong communication skills in both written and oral form.
  • Deep understanding of social media management and content creation, backed by a robust portfolio.
  • Proficiency in generating various formats of content from a single source document.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Veed.io, Linear, Intercom, Plateau, and Miro.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • A strong belief that a team as a whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
