About the Role

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create eye-catching and high-quality

  social media creatives, flyers, banners, posters, and promotional graphics

  using Adobe Illustrator.
• Develop visually appealing layouts that align with brand guidelines.
  
• Produce design variations and quick iterations using AI-assisted tools.
  

UI/UX Design

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather and understand user requirements.
  
• Design intuitive

  user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

  for web and app interfaces.
• Create engaging UI elements such as

  menus, buttons, icons, and responsive layouts

  .
• Maintain and update

  design systems

  and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and improve the user experience.
  
• Work closely with QA/Testing teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
  

AI & Innovation

• Use AI tools to enhance workflow, generate creative concepts, and speed up design production.
  
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX standards, and AI-driven design technologies.
  

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in

  Adobe Illustrator

  (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of

  Figma / Adobe XD

  for UI/UX design.
• Ability to create visually appealing and scroll-stopping digital creatives.
  
• Understanding of design fundamentals: color theory, typography, composition, layout.
  
• Proficiency with

  AI design tools

  (Midjourney, Photoshop AI, Firefly, Figma AI, etc.).
• Creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
  
• 1–4 years of experience in graphic design or UI/UX (agency or in-house).
