Job Title : Talent Acquisition Executive https://www.championsgroup.com/ Company : Champion Info Metrics Pvt Ltd Location : HSR Layout (Silk Board) Mode : Work from Office Shift : Day Shift Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build ideal candidate profiles. Use various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media platforms. Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidates qualifications and culture fit. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development. Ensure a smooth on boarding experience for selected candidates. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques. Exposure to campus hiring or bulk hiring is a plus. Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook daily South Indian Dishes for Breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Cook North Indian curries, dals, breads, and gravies as required. Ensure consistency in portion sizes, taste, and presentation suited. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Ensure timely preparation of meals as required. Handle inventory management, stock control, and kitchen supplies. Minimize food waste and optimize raw material usage. Follow food safety, FSSAI guidelines, and cloud kitchen SOPs. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant, catering service, or cloud kitchen. Expertise in South Indian cooking ; basic to intermediate knowledge of North Indian cuisine preferred. Experience working in a delivery-focused kitchen is a plus. Ability to work under time pressure and manage bulk orders efficiently. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, hygiene standards, and safety protocols. Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management. Experience with kitchen apps or POS systems used in cloud kitchens. Ability to manage kitchen assistants/helpers and ensure smooth operations.
