About the Role

Creative Head cum Graphic Design Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative team within the Business Development department.
• Conceptualize and execute creative strategies for branding, marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Oversee the development of visual assets including brochures, social media creatives, presentations, infographics, videos, and pitch decks.
• Collaborate closely with the BD team to understand project requirements and create compelling visuals aligned with business goals.
• Maintain and enhance brand identity across all communication channels.
• Review and approve designs, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Innovate and stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide creative direction for events, client pitches, and marketing initiatives.
• Train, mentor, and support junior designers and interns.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external agencies when required.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or creative head role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and campaign work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and manage tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership ability with a passion for mentorship and team growth.
