We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Creative Designer who speaks today’s social language, respects timeless design craft, and isn’t afraid to leverage AI to move faster and dream bigger. Key Responsibilities: Branding & Traditional Design • Design logos, brandmarks, and identity systems with clear rationale. • Create print-ready collaterals: brochures, flyers, posters, stationery, packaging, OOH layouts. • Build and maintain brand guidelines (typography, color, grids, imagery, tone). • Prepare final artwork for print (bleeds, color profiles, prepress checks). Social-First Content & Motion • Produce thumb-stopping posts, carousels, reels/shorts, and lightweight motion graphics. • Translate brand campaigns into platform-native visual narratives for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc. • Maintain template systems for speed without losing craft. AI-Enhanced Creativity & Workflow • Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney / SDXL / DALL·E, Runway / Pika / Kaiber, ChatGPT for storyboards/captions) to ideate, generate, and iterate. • Build repeatable pipelines (e.g., moodboard → AI concept → refine in Adobe/FIGMA → motion edit). • Document learnings and champion best practices for the team. Collaboration & Quality • Partner with the UI/UX designer (brand system) and social media manager (strategy) to deliver cohesive campaigns. • Present concepts with clear narrative & rationale, accept feedback, and iterate quickly. • Track creative performance with the SM team and refine based on insights. What We’re Looking For Portfolio must show BOTH: • Branding/Collaterals: logos, identity systems, brochures, print layouts. • Social/Motion: reels, animated posts, short-form edits, campaign visuals. Skills & Tools • Strong fundamentals: typography, layout, grids, color, hierarchy, composition. • Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere), Figma/Canva, and a mobile editor (e.g., CapCut). • Working knowledge of AI creative tools (image/video generation, upscaling, rotoscoping, caption/story ideation). • Good taste + cultural fluency for Indian audiences with global polish. • Organized files, versioning discipline, and on-time delivery. Bonus (Nice-to-have) • Packaging design, basic 3D (Blender/C4D), photography direction, or illustration. • Experience in an agency or with multiple verticals (F&B, Tech, Education, Lifestyle, etc.). From logos to reels, from local launches to national campaigns, we combine storytelling with execution to help brands grow in the digital-first Indian market. We are now looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our growing team. This is a client-facing, multi-dimensional role — you will plan content, curate trends, coordinate creatives, and ensure flawless delivery across multiple brands. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop monthly social media calendars for multiple clients across industries. Present content plans, campaign concepts, and strategy decks to clients and secure approvals. Create campaign roadmaps around festivals, product launches, and seasonal moments that resonate with Indian audiences. Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities. Content Ideation & Curation Research and curate content themes, ideas, and trends relevant to each client. Draft engaging post captions, campaign concepts, and storytelling hooks. Identify and adapt trending audio, memes, and formats to ensure brands stay relevant. Collaboration & Production Work closely with designers to translate content ideas into high-quality creatives. What we are looking for ? 2–5 years of proven experience in social media strategy, content management, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok/short-video platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Ability to think both creatively and strategically, balancing ideas with execution. Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Figma, and basic analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.). Strong client-servicing skills: confident in presenting, handling feedback, and managing relationships. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns at once.
