We are looking for a highly skilled Content Writer with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have excellent English language skills and the ability to write instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop user-friendly content across various platforms.
Collaborate with instructional designers and project managers to meet deliverables.
Define and structure the content development process.
Create innovative ideas for new engagement pieces and content formats.
Proofread all content for errors and inconsistencies across platforms and websites.
Utilize course development software and learning management systems to create engaging content.

Job Requirements

Excellent English language skills and ability to write instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts.
Analytical outlook to consume and synthesize knowledge from multiple sources and domains.
Proficiency in generating various content formats from source documents.
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Veed.io, Linear, Intercom, Plateau, and Miro.
Knowledge of course development software and learning management systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
A strong belief that a team is greater than the sum of its parts.
