We've created a platform which enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products, such as payment solutions, facilitating lending, virtual bank accounts, KYC and digital profiling for their customers or employees with the help of low code plug and play technology stack. Brief Description Of The Role We are looking for an experienced IT Admin to manage and support our IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and user support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the Mumbai office. What will you be doing here? Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and hardware. Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot issues. Install, configure, and update hardware and software. Ensure network and data security through regular updates and protocols. Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups. Assist with IT procurement and maintain inventory. Who are we looking for? Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of experience in IT administration or similar roles. Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and system administration. Proficient in troubleshooting and IT support. Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection. (ref:hirist.tech)
