Junior Project Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in managing website and tech projects from planning to launch.
• Understand client goals, target audience, and project requirements.
• Break down requirements into actionable tasks and coordinate with internal teams and external freelancers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and content creators to meet project goals.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and follow-ups for seamless delivery.
• Suggest improvements in website structure, content, and user experience.
• Conduct website audits and testing (responsiveness, UI/UX, forms, links, speed, etc.) and share actionable suggestions.
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Assist with CRM-related tasks to support in-house website projects and ongoing tech support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of

  website projects

  , including functionality, UX, content, and responsiveness.
• Ability to assess UI/UX effectiveness and provide actionable feedback.
• Knowledge of platform-specific requirements (e.g., e-commerce vs coaching websites).
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication

  for client coordination.
• Comfortable managing freelancers, tracking deliverables, and coordinating remote teams.
• Highly

  organized, detail-oriented

  , with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Hands-on experience with

  CMS platforms

  like WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Kajabi, or Squarespace — or quick adaptability to learn new platforms.
• Familiarity with

  lead generation flows

  and basic sales funnel structures.
• Experience using

  marketing/email automation tools

  like Mailchimp, Kit, ClickFunnel, etc.
• Exposure to

  project management tools

  like Jira, Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Prior experience working with
