About the Role:

Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements, user flows, and interaction models.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Translate ideas and feedback into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and align with brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides for consistency and scalability.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and changing business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1-4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects and end-to-end design process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and functionality.
• Strong communication skills to present design concepts and rationale effectively.
• Experience working in agile product development environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is an advantage but not mandatory.
