About the Role We’re looking for a Product Designer to design and enhance features across our web platform. In this role, you’ll translate product requirements into intuitive, scalable workflows, while contributing to our design system to ensure consistency across multiple products. You’ll balance usability and technical feasibility, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. What You'll Do Translate product requirements into user-friendly features and workflows. Contribute to and expand our Figma design system, creating reusable components, variants, and icons. Ensure all additions are consistent, scalable, and fully compatible with existing libraries. Design clean, intuitive user interfaces for web-based workflows and dashboards across multiple products. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to balance usability with technical feasibility. Partner with engineers in design reviews, providing actionable feedback and advocating for user-centered design decisions. Advocate for best practices in accessibility, consistency, and system-driven design. What We're Looking For 3–4 years of product design experience. Portfolio showcasing relevant design work. Advanced Figma skills — building and maintaining component libraries, and icons. Solid understanding of design systems and how to maintain them at scale. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, managing multiple projects at once. A sharp eye for detail, consistency, and scalability in design systems. Bonus: experience designing for complex platforms.
