Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, user behavior, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to define and refine product features.
• Evaluate AI models' performance through structured metrics and data interpretation.
• Create dashboards, reports, and insights to support strategic decisions.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate product hypotheses.
• Assist in defining product KPIs and tracking progress against them.
  

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Hands-on experience working on AI-driven products or collaborating with AI/ML teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and understanding of SDLC processes.
• Proficiency in using Jira for task and project management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and storytelling skills with data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
