Job Description

The Role We are seeking a passionate and analytical Product Analyst with 3–4 years of experience and a strong foundation in AI-focused projects . As a Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-backed product decisions, defining metrics, and working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product features and performance Your Responsibilities Analyze product usage data to identify trends, user behavior, and areas for improvement Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to define and refine product features Evaluate AI models’ performance through structured metrics and data interpretation Create dashboards, reports, and insights to support strategic decisions Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate product hypotheses Assist in defining product KPIs and tracking progress against them Requirements: 3–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytical role Hands-on experience working on AI-driven products or collaborating with AI/ML teams Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R preferred) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and understanding of SDLC processes Proficiency in using Jira for task and project management Strong presentation and communication skill Strong problem-solving and storytelling skills with data Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field Good to have skills Self-starter and highly motivated individual who is prepared to use his/her own initiative in understanding and following up issues.
