Our team is actively supporting the Siemens Energy strategy to become a Sustainability Leader. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with excellent project management skills and potentially having experience with Sustainability topics (Environmental, Social, Governance). You will be contributing through insurance of compliance with Sustainability regulations and supplying to responsible minerals sourcing.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Conduct supply chain due diligence (SCDD, Supplier surveys) for Responsible multi minerals sourcing,
- Provide 1st level support for surveyed suppliers,
- Conduct risk mitigation for red flagged suppliers,
- Conduct annual mineral risk assessments,
- Configuration and application of a survey tool,
- Monitoring of survey results by implementation of dashboards,
- Contribution to internal and external reporting,
- Continuous Improvement Management.
Provide support and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners, including local management, headquarters, auditors, and other departments
