Job Overview:
Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is looking for an experienced and driven Procurement Manager with specific knowledge of the Skill Development and Education industry. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement processes for projects, ensure quality vendor sourcing, timely delivery, and adherence to compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of goods and services related to education, ATL/STEM labs, skill development kits, IT infrastructure, classroom setups, etc.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors as per project requirements across PAN India
• Ensure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and timely delivery
• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, comparison sheets, and purchase orders
• Coordinate with project, logistics, and finance teams to track procurement status and manage budgets
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance with service level agreements
• Maintain updated records of purchases, inventory, and delivery timelines
• Support audits and ensure documentation of all procurement processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 4–7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the education or skill development sector
• Strong understanding of vendor management, supply chain logistics, and education-related procurement (labs, learning kits, digital equipment, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and procurement/ERP tools
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to handle multi-vendor and multi-state procurement operations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
