Job Description

Job Title: Procurement Manager

Experience: 3-5 years

Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end procurement for data center and IT infrastructure equipment, including power, cooling, networking, and facility materials.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality standards.
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor partnerships, ensuring performance, compliance, and reliability.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to achieve best value and long-term cost benefits.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams for demand forecasting and procurement planning.
Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and performance dashboards.
Drive process improvements and implement procurement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in data center / IT infrastructure / telecom.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in ERP tools, MS Excel, and procurement systems.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance standards.
