Job Description

Role Overview: As a Process Developer in Procurement at Genpact, your role involves following up on customer interactions in a timely manner, communicating with stakeholders to address issues and concerns, and taking action on feedback provided. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase requisitions and supplier set-up, handling email inquiries from internal customers and external vendors, keeping records of customer interactions, and developing communication between customers for smooth transactions. You will also be responsible for monitoring generic email boxes for incoming queries, tracking all requests received, and following up with requesters and co-functional teams to provide quicker resolutions. Additionally, you will transfer or raise inquiries to appropriate teams for resolution and provide periodic updates to users or impacted parties on the status of tickets or issues raised.
