Procurement Manager

Direct Purchases

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for direct materials, including raw materials, components, and finished goods.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure procurement alignment with business objectives.

3. Negotiate and manage contracts with direct material suppliers.

4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as conflict minerals and product safety.

Indirect Purchases

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect materials and services, including MRO, capital equipment, and professional services.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

3. Negotiate and manage contracts with indirect material and service suppliers.

4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Procurement Operations

1. Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines.

2. Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and laws.

3. Manage and analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Leadership and Team Management

1. Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals.

2. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

3. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in any .

2. Experience in a manufacturing or retail environment.

3. Knowledge of lean procurement principles and practices.

4. Proficient in procurement software and systems (e.g., SAP)

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6. 5+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a management role

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
