Job Title: Project & Planning Engineer Location: Indore Experience : 1 to 3 Years Qualification : B.Tech / Engineering background (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical preferred) Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP), specifically for infrastructure and building projects. Assist in resource planning, cost loading, and budgeting aligned with construction timelines. Monitor project progress through Earned Value Management (EVM), milestone tracking, and construction benchmarks. Generate Excel-based dashboards and reports for internal teams and external stakeholders. Identify, analyze, and support the mitigation of delays specific to civil, structural, and MEP activities. Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams to ensure seamless site execution. Maintain and regularly update the Risk & Issue Log for active infrastructure/building projects. Provide basic project support using Primavera P6 (optional). Participate in weekly/monthly progress reviews and ensure alignment with infrastructure project goals. Requirements: Advanced expertise in Microsoft Project (MSP), with exposure to infrastructure/building sector schedules. Proven project planning and scheduling experience in civil and structural domains. Resource and cost management in building/infrastructure environments. Hands-on experience with EVM and related project tracking tools. Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 (a plus). High proficiency in MS Excel for project dashboards and data reporting. Strong coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary construction teams. Understanding of project risks and delay analysis specific to infrastructure and building development.
