Audit time work (maintaining the defect reports, certificate, lube oil report, PMS jobs, Critical Spares in Ship palm.- Check the Communication Status of ship and shore in Shipali- Liaise with the vessel to make sure the Corrective action of the defects is completed within the target date.- Weekly PMS status/Defect reports status are circulated to all the respective TSIs and Fleet Manager.- Coordinate with backend team and make them to fix the issue which are beyond my limit- Assist resolve the issues through the Remote, mail mobile whenever needed- Familiarization of Ship palm to respective Superintendents (TSI MSI), Operations/Purchase executives.

Advise on amendments and revisions on EMS manual. Review of EMS records received from ships and advises corrections as required. Carry out EMS internal audit onboard ships and follow up for effective CA. Monitor PSC, FSI, SIRE and other inspection reports from vessels and suggest Suitable corrective actions. Monitor KPIs for the department Initiate EMS multilevel training for ship and shorestaff incoordination with trainingcenter Coordinate and supply the VECP gear to the vessel. Conduct monthly verification of seal log, MAR POL report, ORB entries. Conduct Quarterly review environmental data of the fleet. Review the current energy management onboard and advice company on new technology or procedures to manage the Energy more efficiently. Pre-joining briefing of senior officersregarding EMS.
