o Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to establish project timelines and milestones.
o Monitor and track progress against the project plan to ensure on time delivery.
2. Resource Allocation
o Assess resource requirements and allocate resources efficiently across various project phases.
o Coordinate with procurement and other departments to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
3. Risk Management:
o Identify potential project risks and develop migaon strategies.
o Update risk management plans as needed and communicate changes to stakeholders.
4. Budget Management:
o Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.
o Monitor project expenditures and identify potential cost overruns.
5. Reporting and Communication:
o Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
o Facilitate communication between project teams, management, and clients to ensure alignment.
6. Process Improvement:
o Evaluate current planning processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
o Implement best practices in project planning and scheduling.
7. Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure all project planning activities comply with company standards and regulations.
o Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and audit purposes.
