Role Overview:

Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee

  procurement operations

  across all campus locations for infrastructure and technical requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard

  vendors, contractors, and suppliers

  (domestic and international).
• Conduct

  first-hand negotiations

  for better pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Manage

  import/export documentation, customs clearance

  , and

  logistics

  for electronic and lab equipment.
• Ensure compliance with

  procurement policies, government import norms

  , and institutional quality standards.
• Develop and maintain

  strategic supplier relationships

  for long-term cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with

  finance, operations, and project teams

  to plan procurement budgets and timelines.
• Track market trends, pricing updates, and supplier performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Supply Chain, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering / Business Administration

  .

• 4+ years

  of proven experience in

  infrastructure procurement or vendor management

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  import/export regulations

  , particularly for

  China and Southeast Asian markets

• Excellent

  negotiation, analytical, and project management

  skills.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, ERP systems
