Role & responsibilities Identify and acquire new customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct sourcing, channel partners, and referrals. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, customer engagement, document collection, loan processing, and disbursement. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Maintain active coordination with credit and operations teams for smooth processing of files. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management. Educate and guide customers on loan products, eligibility, documentation, and other requirements. Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide regular feedback to the product team.
