Company Description ClapStore Toys is on a mission to bring kids a screen-free childhood through innovative Montessori busy boards, plush toys, and IP-based products. We are a fast-growing D2C brand with in-house manufacturing and a strong focus on safety, quality, and design. Role Description Vendor Development & Management Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers across wood, fabric, electronics, plastics, packaging, and logistics. Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, credit, and delivery schedules. Develop redundancy in supply to minimize risks. Strategic Procurement Plan procurement budgets aligned with sales forecasts and production cycles. Optimize cost structures while maintaining quality and compliance. Monitor price trends and suggest hedging/stocking strategies. Operations & Quality Work closely with production and QC teams to ensure material specifications and timelines are met. Ensure vendors comply with child-safety, material safety, and quality standards. Compliance & Documentation Draft and execute vendor agreements, purchase orders, and T&Cs. Maintain procurement MIS, inventory records, and audit trails. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with R&D and product teams for new component sourcing. Coordinate with finance for payments, credit notes, and reconciliation.
