Job Description

Reports to:

CEO

Responsibilities and Duties:

Developing & implementing purchasing strategies
Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and Organization Partnership
Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
Procure parts and materials at negotiated rates
Preparation of comparative cost estimation with the help of proposals collected
Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and
specifications.
Examine and test existing contract
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specification and expectation of company
Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
Expects unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
Control spend and build a culture of long term saving on procurement costs

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineer

Exp: Minimum 15 years & above

Candidates with prior experience in EPC Company will only be considered
