Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end

  procurement, buying, and merchandising

  functions across

  Food and Non-Food categories

• Develop and execute

  strategic sourcing and procurement plans

  aligned with business growth, cost optimization, and margin improvement.
• Manage

  vendor identification, negotiation, contracting, and relationship management

  with domestic and international suppliers.
• Drive

  category management

  , assortment planning, pricing strategies, and promotion planning in line with market trends.
• Ensure

  availability of products

  through effective demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain coordination.
• Oversee

  procurement budgets

  , cost control, and working capital optimization.
• Lead and mentor

  procurement, buying, and merchandising teams

  , ensuring high performance and process compliance.
• Ensure adherence to

  quality standards, regulatory compliance, and company policies

• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and competitive pricing to drive continuous improvement.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 15+ years of experience

  in

  Buying, Merchandising, and Procurement

  .
• Strong background in

  Retail, Wholesale, or FMCG

  sectors.
• Proven expertise in

  Food & Non-Food procurement

  .
• Excellent

  negotiation, vendor management, and leadership skills
