D) Logistics & Transport Management (Central Control) Manage and optimize logistics: truck planning, routing, dispatch priorities, transporter rate contracts , loading/unloading coordination. Ensure timely movement of: Fabricated spools/structures from workshop to site Scaffolding materials Tools & tackles / equipment Consumables and urgent shutdown requirements Control costs: demurrage, detention, multiple handling, emergency freight. Ensure document compliance: E-way bill, LR/consignment note, delivery challan, weighbridge slips , gate passes. E) Tools & T&P / Returnable Material Control Create tool accountability system: Welding machines, grinders, gas cutting sets, torque tools, lifting tackles Issue-return register, custodian mapping, periodic verification Control returnable gate pass movements and inter-site transfers with proper approvals and acknowledgement. F) Scrap, Surplus & Disposal Control Create system for scrap generation, segregation, weighing, storage, and disposal approvals. Prevent leakage: scrap reconciliation with cutting lists, issue slips, and recovery registers.
