Key Responsibilities

1) HSE System & Compliance

• RBM-wide

  HSE SOPs, HSE Plan, Site Safety Manual

  implement/update.
• Statutory compliance:

  BOCW / Factory / Labour / PPE / first-aid / firefighting

  requirements ensure.
• Client HSE standards & audits compliance (PTW, work at height, lifting, hot work, confined space, etc.).
  

2) PTW / Risk Management

• PTW system

  implementation & monitoring (Hot work, Height, Confined Space, Electrical isolation, Excavation).

• HIRA / JSA / Method Statement

  review & approval support.

• LOTO

  & isolation controls ensure.

3) Critical Activity Control

• Work at height safety, scaffolding safety tags/inspection.
  
• Lifting & rigging safety (lifting plans, crane safety, third-party certificates).
  
• Electrical safety, DG/temporary power, earthing, DB management.
  
• Confined space safety, gas testing, rescue readiness.
  
• Radiography safety coordination (if NDT RT is there).
  

4) Training & Safety Culture

• Safety induction, toolbox talks, supervisor training, competency tracking.
  
• Near miss culture build + reward/recognition initiatives.
  
• Subcontractor safety alignment & enforcement.
  

5) Incident Investigation & Corrective Actions

• Incident/near miss reporting,

  RCA

  , CAPA closure.
• Safety observations/unsafe act closure drives.
  

6) Emergency Preparedness

• Emergency response plan, mock drills, fire safety, evacuation, first-aid readiness.
  
• Site medical tie-up / ambulance readiness (as applicable).
  

7) Reporting & Dashboards

• Daily/weekly HSE reports: manhours, PTW stats, observations, training, closure status.
  
• Management review + client reporting.
