Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About the role

This role is part of the Procurement Excellence Team and primarily responsible for Supplier Compliance activities within Procurement. The role also provides support to the Senior Procurement Excellence Manager on various Supplier Management activities

Your responsibilities

Lead the roadmap, development, and training of the Compliance Dashboard in Celonis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption.
Partner with IT&D teams to develop and maintain systems that enable efficient and effective procurement processes.
Manage the Supplier Health Check process, providing operational support to the Procurement Back Office (GPOH) team.
Oversee the Procurement Scorecard process, driving continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for further digitization, and delivering training to stakeholders.
Provide support to various Supplier Management activities (e.g. sustainability, market intelligence)

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor/master’s degree in business, science/engineering, supply chain or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of Procurement experience in FMCG.
Existing knowledge of Supplier Compliance Management process in Reckitt is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and strategic mindset.
Project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, in particular IT&D team
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting (e.g. Excel, Celonis
