Job Description

Role Overview: - Develop understanding of procurement policies and processes. - Provide delivery support to agreed procurement related projects to meet their deliverables. - Initiate building relationships with stakeholders. - Maintain a proactive working attitude towards the Stakeholders/Client. - Understand the Procurement policy and processes. - Have basic knowledge about cross-functional work. - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture. - Monitor process adherence across work perimeter and escalate as needed. - Identify, report, and participate in process improvement implementations. General Responsibilities / Accountabilities: - Begin supporting the adoption of procurement solutions to ensure these are well-received by stakeholders. - Responsible for supporting project delivery outcomes as per agreed scope and objectives. - Handle basic procurement solution inquiries demonstrating professionalism, competence, and client-centricity. - Build relationships with internal (within Procurement) and external Stakeholders to align them towards Procurement solution. - Follow processes according to procedures or work instructions provided by the supervisor. - Support adherence to the existing processes in accordance with the assigned remit (e.g., Value Growth, Compliance and Control, Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion, Operational Excellence). - Help the team achieve common goals. - Be supportive of knowledge and best practice sharing. - Demonstrate basic knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function. - Act according to overall procurement policies and processes. - Continually strive to simplify, standardize, and improve processes subject to the approval of the senior professional. - Continually seek out ways to improve Stakeholders/Client satisfaction.,
