What would you do?

Provides strategic leadership to the PTP function, ensuring seamless delivery of services, governance, and driving digital transformation and best-in-class practices. boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and in confirming pricing and terms prior to payment. Responsible for accounting of goods and services, through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving. Also look after order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end. The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing, implementing, managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications. The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders and two-way and three-way matching of invoices. Design, implement, manage and support accounts payable activities for an organization by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications.

What are we looking for?

  • 12+ years’ experience in Finance Operations / Shared Services with strong PTP expertise.
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, and change management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP, automation tools (RPA, OCR, AI-based T&E systems).
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale PTP operations across multiple geographies/clients.
  • Define strategy for invoice processing, T&E, helpdesk, and payments in alignment with business goals.
  • Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive process re-engineering, automation, and transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure strong compliance, controls, and audit readiness.
  • Manage operational budgets, cost optimization, and continuous efficiency improvements.
  • Develop leadership pipeline and foster high-performance culture.
