Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Process Executive in the B&L domain where you will leverage your skills in MS Excel to enhance operational efficiency. This role offers a hybrid work model allowing you to balance work and life effectively. With a focus on Consumer Lending Cards & Payments you will contribute to impactful projects that drive our companys success.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights that support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support the development and maintenance of process documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks and projects.
  • Provide support in the preparation of presentations and reports for management review.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
  • Possess a basic understanding of Consumer Lending Cards & Payments which is advantageous.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
  • Show excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Display a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as required.
