Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Process Executive in the B&L domain where you will leverage your skills in MS Excel to enhance operational efficiency. This role offers a hybrid work model allowing you to balance work and life effectively. With a focus on Consumer Lending Cards & Payments you will contribute to impactful projects that drive our companys success.

Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency.
Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights that support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Support the development and maintenance of process documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks and projects.
Provide support in the preparation of presentations and reports for management review.
Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure a smooth transition.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work activities.
Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating a collaborative and proactive approach.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
Possess a basic understanding of Consumer Lending Cards & Payments which is advantageous.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
Show excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
Display a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as required.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
Maintain a customer-focused mindset to deliver high-quality service and support.
